John Johansen

John Johansen, CPA, ABV, CFP joined P&N as a Principal in 2023. Prior to joining P&N, John was the Managing Director at Tax First, Inc. He is a recognized expert in Taxation, Forensic Accounting and Business Valuation. John obtained his experience with complex taxation and business valuation issues working at Andersen, Deloitte & Touche and Lazar Lipton Valuation Services. He obtained his BBA in Accounting from Iona College in 1983 and his MBA in Taxation and Financial Planning from Fordham University in 2000.
